Fitness questions to ask yourself at the beginning of a new month

𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡? ⁣

List everything that you feel good about. Make sure to list 3-5 items that have nothing to do with the number on the scale. ⁣

Nobody 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 things to not work out - usually we have an idea about something that we expect to go well, but for some reason it doesn't. What are some things that flopped last month, and why?⁣
