𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡?
List everything that you feel good about. Make sure to list 3-5 items that have nothing to do with the number on the scale.
